Online Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Freckle Boutique purchase. If you change your mind about an online order, please email us at freckleboutique@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving it.

Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the correct instructions.

Return condition

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. Returned items should be unworn other than for trying on, unwashed and, where possible, returned with their original tags and packaging.

We may reduce the refund if an item has been handled more than is reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. Freckle Boutique will cover reasonable return costs in these circumstances.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Where applicable, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery service. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service will not be refunded.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged, not as described or different from what you ordered.

Email freckleboutique@yahoo.com with your order number and photographs where helpful. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Sale items

Online sale items have the same statutory return rights as full-price items.

Exclusions

Certain goods may be exempt from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, including personalised goods and sealed hygiene-sensitive products once the seal has been broken. Any applicable restriction will be made clear before purchase.

These exclusions do not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order. Contact us if you need any help.

In-store purchases

This online returns policy applies to orders placed through freckleboutique.com.

Change-of-mind returns for purchases made in our physical boutique are subject to the policy provided at the time of purchase. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
