UK Delivery & Collection

UK delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses for a flat charge of £5 per order.

Orders are normally delivered within 5–10 working days. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Freckle Boutique cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Order updates

You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. Where tracking information is available, this will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Although we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us at freckleboutique@yahoo.com.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries
